Our Complaint Review Process

Once your complaint is received:

2. Your complaint will be reviewed by management or an appropriate compliance representative.

3. We may contact you if additional information is needed.

4. We will provide a written or verbal response outlining our findings and any resolution steps.

Escalation Options

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to contact applicable state or federal regulatory agencies. Information regarding regulatory authorities is available upon request.

Submitting a complaint to a regulatory agency will not affect your right to continue working with Mid Florida Mortgage Professionals.
